What Causes Stabbing Pain In Private Parts?

huh start having back pains first and it had went around to be bikini area feel like coolim maybe a nerve twisting that kind of stabbing pain.. been like that for 3 days mail to take my breath away a walk stand up anything.... have started bleeding... pain doesn't feel like a cramping menstral cramps or it doesn't feel like gas either can you tell me what this maybe?

Stabbing pain in private parts. It can be due to urinary tract infection or due to local infection so start urinary alkalizing syrups and drotaverine tablets.
