What Causes Stabbing Pain In The Neck And Pulled Muscles?
Two years ago had thyroid removed no cancer. They haven t been able to have me on a regular dose of replacement since. Currently taking 90mg Armoure. Last month or so have been having pain in my neck feels like muscle pulling on both sides and sometimes a stabbing pain. any help would be appreciated. Thank you

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist you can consult an orthopaedic and plan for an MRI scan.
