What Causes Stabbing Pain In The Right Side Of My Head?

head pain.
Today I started experiencing very sharp stabbing pain in the right side of my head. The pain only lasts a few seconds at a time. As the day went on I noticed I was starting to feel a little light headed and nauseated. At this point I decided to lay down and soon developed a mild headache.
Not sure if it matters, but will mention it anyways. About 2 weeks ago I developed the worst migraine I have ever experienced which lasted a few days. Since then I have had stiffness in my neck.
