What Causes Stabbing Pain In The Upper Chest Of A Person With Hypothyroid?

I am a 47 year old woman who has hep C, hypothyroidism , I am 5 foot 7 inches and weigh 180 lbs, I have been on many medications but recently tapered off most, but I started having severe stabbing pain in my right upper chest area, about the area of the size of a baseball hurts severely. What could be causing this and should I seek medical attention? Plz and tyvm. Thank you for wasting my fucking time. Your site says nothing about required payment.

I really appreciate your concern, such pain of chest area could be due to hyperacidity or gastritis because of the drugs and it can be well managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg " once in day at evening time, try to have the less medicine if this is ever possible, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
