General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Pain in the vagina and painful urination could be due to urinary tract infection (cystitis, urethritis).
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo vaginal examination, urine reports to confirm the cause.
Doctor will give following advises:
Tablet septran DS
Tablet pyridium
Syrup cital
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, pineapple and orange
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using V vaginal plus wash
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
