I have Hashimotos disease, I have some nodules as well. I started to have a stabbing pain in my trachea area on the right side. It is intermittent and not specifically from swallowing or eating. I often get it after talking for a while or bending over and then when I stand up a sharp pain like a stab

Noted your history of Hashimoto's disease of the thyroid. This is an autoimmune disease meaning the body's autoimmune system does not recognize this to be a part of the body. Hence the development of the nodules and can show different characters at different times.
Well, your major problem is related to the sharp pain like stab on the right side of the neck when you bend or have when you stand up.
This indicates some nerve pinching and may not be related to Hashimoto's.

I would advise in such a case the following:
Get an opinion of your Endocrinologist to ascertain that your thyroid function is well maintained.
Clinical evaluation and examination by a Doctor can tell you the exact diagnosis and ultrasonography an color doppler examination of the neck and if required the MRI of the cervical spine.
