Hi,

You can have enterocolitis like infective condition leads to diarrhea. Due to constant diarrhea, the lost electrolyte can lead to leg and thigh pain.

So you should maintain hydration with lots of water. It's advisable to take Vital Z like electrolyte powder to maintain electrolyte balance.

Stool routine micro examination and an occult blood test should be done for further work up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
