What Causes Stabbing Pain Near The Right Breast?
I have a defined somewhat stabbing pain high in my right side near the top of the breast and below the collar bone. I also have a corresponding minor pain in the right low side of the right side of the jaw and gland area, my right ear even feels odd.

Right side chest pain may be due to muscular spasm if no associated symptoms are there, and it could be due to wrong posture, second it could be due to hyperacidity beside these it can not be anything else and no need to worry about it, for muscular spasm you can try local muscular rubefacient, and for hyperacidity you can try Omeprazole once in day orally (Tab.)
