What Causes Stabbing Pains Around The Womb Area?

im not due a period till the 25th January and i have been having extreme stabbing pains around my womb area, i dont know whether im pregnant and it hasnt evacuated itself, i suffered the same thing many years ago and recently had a miscarriage in november and have been trying for another baby ever since but this pain dosnt feel normal
