What Causes Stabbing Pains In The Groin And Constant Winds From Vagina?

Hi, my daughter has an acute urine retention & mild hydronphorosis. She has recently started feeling pins and needles on top pf her groin area, also she constantly passes wind through her vagina. She has a superpubic cathertar inserted I don't know if thats one of the reasons shes feeling like this?
