What Causes Stammering And Body Tremors?

my mom is suffering from a disease in which she use to stammer and her body keeps on vibrating. her treatment is going in Appolo Hospital from last 5 years. but since morning she is not responding and just looking at everyone. Neither she ate anything.............what to do?
