What Causes Standing Difficulties With Leg Pain?

Hi, I am 52 and now a days i find it difficult to stand immediately after sitting for long hours. After few minutes only i am able to walk freely and also find it hard to climb down the staircase ane the right leg is paining. i dont have much difficulty in climbing up. Pl advise
