What Causes Stenosis And Spondylosis While Having Osteoarthritis?

I have oseoarthritis for 5 years in the lower spin, now the doctors say i have steniosis and spodyosis, is that from the changes in my spin,from the oseoarthritis. One month ago i was diagnoised with fibromyalga, can that be related to the oseoarthritis.
