What Causes Sticky And Oily Discharge From The Breast Nipples?

Hi am 28 Ive had a clear/yellow/sticky/oily smelly discharge from both nipples. I use to breastfeed. 4yrs ago. My Breast don t feel any different nor do they hurt. I just have to keep my nipples clean because the liquid accumulate and it smells. I don t take any medication.

Well since discharge is from both nipples and i am assuming it is on pressing and not spontaneous,since you havent mentioned it,Could be just normal discharge due to high prolactin level,Are you on any medications like birth control pills which increase prolactin level.If the discharge is spontaneous without compression,then just get that discharge tested in a lab and also get a mammogram done.And review with results.
