What Causes Sticky Feeling Around Abdomen/rib Cage After Taking Disodium Citrate?

Hi,
I recently had Lithrotripsy procedure for kidney stones and was on medication after procedrure for three weeks. One medicine (disodium hydrogen citerate) is prescribed for two month and i am taking it.

I have a non explainable continuous sticky feeling around abdomen and sides and under rib cage. its like a feeling that something or some weight is present on certain areas but by touching that areas it doesn't feel much. what this might be some side effect or what I am wondering?
