What Causes Stiff And Sore Muscles After A Hysterectomy?

I have had peritoneal cancer and successfully treated with 6 month of chemo. After two surgeries to remove a tumor nothing was found in the ovary only on the surface. This included a hysterectomy. Now after 10 moths of bi monthly Avastin I am increasingly stiff and have sore muscles and aches in muscular skeleton condition. This is especially upon waking and sitting for any short time.This is becoming disabling. Is this the Avastin?
