What Causes Stiffening Pain In Neck And Arms While Treating Cervical Spondylosis?

Hi, I am diagnosed with Cervical Spondylsis C5, C6 seen reduced.My GP has prescribed etody90, Meganeuron OD plus & Thio-Seradic. I am doing some exercises as he asked. But I am feeling pain in neck arms stiffness in neck still. I am 30 years old. Please suggest what else I could do to control it. Thanks!
