Hi doctors, I am suffering from a weird kind of headache maybe you can tell me what this is. So let me start with all the things that happened to me till now. So at first that is around one month ago i had have an haircut at that night i had a strange needling like sensation in my right ear i thought it too be the remaining hair strand which might have caused irritation and thus i ignored it. The next moring i was having a mild stiffness in the neck , it although seemed like choking in the middle of neck and the collar bones. And then after i started devloping pain in the occipetal area of my head. That radiated towards the temple of the head. The pain went away in about a week but now it has recurred again and now i have pain in o ly my left temple it is mild but annoying pain sometimes i get pain in random spots of the left side of my head which comes and goes in seconds. Please note that i have the lymph nodes behind my left ear and the lymph node behinf the occipetal area swollen about 1 cm in diameter, not painfull but somewhat hard and worrisome. I sometimes also have a sensation of having some lump in my throat and also when i checked with a torched i found some white round spots of about 1 cm diameter in my throat not in my mouth or tonsil but in my throat. I am worried if this is a stage of cancer or i have any life threatening disease. P.S - we have had cancer in our heredity, should i be worried.
