What Causes Stiffness In Body While Sleeping?

hello, this afternoon i went for a sleep,all was ok,apart from this:



there was a moment where i felt like i was awake,yet i felt like i couldn't breathe, i couldn't open my eyes and i couldn't move my head,then everything went black until i woke up.



What Happened?
