What Causes Stiffness In Foot After Treatment For Wound?

I cut my foot with glass. It doesnt hurt, the bleeding has stopped and I cleaned it and dressed it. I had my tetanus shot less than a year ago. My foot feels a little fuzzy/stiff/cold. Is that addrenaline. Do I need stitches? It can easily be pinched together and its not very deep
