What Causes Stiffness In Joints And Severe Sweating?

Hi Just wondered if you have any ideas... tired all the time can sleep from 8.30 until 6.30 still tired, sweating more than usual and sore stiff joints I am 53 over the menopause I am overweight but have always been. Recently I have changed my eating habits to a lot more fruit veg less red meat and have really cut down on fats. So I had hoped to feel better :(
