What Causes Stiffness In My Neck,shoulder And Jaw Along With Tingling?

2 weeks ago i started having severe dirrahea and this has been going on for 2 weeks off and on. during last week i now have sinus infection with some coughing. But now i have this strange feeling that has got me seriously worried i feel stiff in my shoulders up to my neck i feel like i have lock jawl and occasionally i will have " tingly" feeling on my feet and up to my knees. do you have any ideas what is going on with me?
