What Causes Stiffness In The Neck And Body Pains?

Today I started getting very fatigued, my body aches, my neck is real stiff, my throat kills me to swallow, I have a horrible head ache, I feel like I am burning up but my temp is 97.6 which is low for me. I am female, 29, 5 ft 4 in, 130 lbs, very athletic with a trainer, 17% body fat. I take my vitamins and suppliments as directed by my doctor. I am on Clarinex and Singular for allergies, generic accutaine for acne, and ambien cr as needed cause of my work schedule. I typically sleep 7-9 hours a night and dont get sick too often.
