What Causes Stiffness In The Neck While Having Arthritis?

I am a female, 73 yrs old. I have arthritis throughout my body, but in the last week or so, all of a sudden I am aching worse than ever. And I have a place in the back of my neck that feels like a stiff neck, but I haven t slept wrong. My shoulders are hurting more than ever also. Could this be weather change, old age, or a sign of something more?

It can be due to spondylosis . Visit a physiotherapist and learn some neck and shoulder exercises. Don't restrict neck movements cause it may aggravate the condition
