What Causes Stiffness In The Neck With Pain?

hi, ihave a very stiff neck at the back, i have also got pain if i move my head to the right or left, and also pain around both sides of my collar bone, i have not done anything that i can think of to trigger this, i am 46 about 10 and a half stone, no medical problems
