Neurologist 's  Response
You could be suffering from muscle spasms/cramping nocturnally which could be part of a process of neuropathy, metabolic imbalance, or some other medical condition. You could also be suffering from a sleep disorder or you could be suffering from some type of seizure disorder. More information is clearly needed on your history and other aspects of what's going on to come with a diagnosis and this probably includes diagnostic tests. Consider seeing a neurologist for specialized workup or internist for general "all in order" checkup first to get further down the line with this problem. Please rate as a 5 star encounter or write me at: www.bit.ly/drdariushsaghafi Cheers!
