What Causes Stinging Eyes, Burning Chest And Headaches After Driving A Car Which Exhausts White Smoke?

I have an exhaust system in my car that has to blow out large amounts of exhaust in order for the engine to function. The smoke is white, but I feel my eyes stinging inside the car, and fell a burning sensation in my chest and headache, not severe headaches, but enough to notice them. I have to use the car for limited times each day. Am I safe driving this car?

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, your all symptoms are related too smoke exposure.
Actually smoke is irritable to eyes, lungs and skin.
On exposure to eyes it can cause redness, pain, watering etc.
On inhalation, smoke can cause cough, wheezing, chest tightness and burning chest pain.
So your all symptoms are suggestive of irritation due to smoke.
So better to avoid exposure as chronic exposure can cause permanent damage.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
