What Causes Stinging Pain In Arm After Mosquito Bite?

Hi a few days ago i got bitten by what i thought was a mosquito. Its on the inside of my arm a couple of inches below the wrist. The bite swelled up a few centimeters and my wrist felt like it had tendinitous - eventually the pain went upto my elbow. The pain lasted a few days and eventually went away. But the lump has remained. Yesterday i was bitten again this time on the nuckle of the little finger. And now the pain is back again - like the last bite. Tennis elbow type pain running the lenght of my arm. I live in india. Any suggestions as to what to do?

Hello and welcome.

Clearly you are extremely sensitive to the insect and you need to do all you can to avoid it. Use topical applicants like odomos at all times, keep the liquidiser on wherever you go (e.g. work, school, home, etc.). And try your best to wear thick full sleeved shirts.

Best wishes.
