General & Family Physician 's  Response
Please make sure, your vaginal pain is due to lack of estrogen as your husband was in rush to make love with you. He did not realize that female body is supposed to arouse up first and then he suppose to start intercourse as your vagina was not wet enough when your husband penetrated in your vagina.
I have one more concern about your pain when you need pee, this could be related to vaginal infection. Do you feel any kind of itchiness. You suppose to go to physician, if i would be your treating physician, i am going to prescribe you 3 days course of antibiotic after food twice daily. At the some time, your physician will run some tests such as urine culture and analysis and vaginal culture as well.
I advice you to get local estrogen cream for your dry vagina and use lubricants while making love and intimate relationship with your husband.Your clitoris which is pushed in will automatically become normal within few days after using lubricant and estrogen cream,, Therefore, you do not need to worry about this concern.
Please avoid stress and involved in relaxation techniques and ask your physician to prescribe any muscle relaxant to you as well along with estrogen cream. As we have to be always on safe side and patient safety is our first priority.
