What Causes Stinging Sensation During Urination And Bumps In Labia Minora?

So this morning I noticed that it stung when I peed. I looked and saw I have a few bumps on my labia minora and it was the cause of the stinging. I am sexually active but both my partner and I were tested and had no STDs and we are monogamous. What could this be? Thrush?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Stinging sensation while urinating is suggestive of urinary tract infection (UTI).
A rouitine urine examination needs to be done to look for evidence of infection.
In case infection is detected, a urine culture will identify the causative organism and drug sensitivity will identify the most sensitive antibiotic against the infectious agent.
Associated bumps on genitalia can occur due to many causes.
Painless skin colored bumps may be due to warts.
If the bumps are painful, red or filled with pus, they may be due to infectious cause.
A clinical examination of the bumps is required for diagnosis, relevant investigations and thus treatment.
Since, you are suffering from infective symptoms, I suggest you to avoid unprotected sex.

Thanks and take care
