What Causes Stinging Sensation In Penis Before And After Ejaculation?

Hello. I m a male, 42 years of age, 6 2 335# and having a problem after sex. Just before and during ejaculation I get a stinging sensation and afterwards, when I urinate, there is a blood clot. It does not happen all the time, only when I m erect for over 30 minutes or so.any ideas?
