What Causes Stinging Sensation In Penis During Urination?
Ive been dating this guy for about a month and apparently 4 days ago he finally brought an issue hes been having for the last 14 days that he was too scared to bring up. He said when he pees it stings a little, and theres discharge along with it. I dont have any symptoms but was wondering what i should do.

He might be suffering from urethritis – an infection of urethra. It might be STI (sexually transmitted infection).
Advice
1. Azithromycin 500 mg daily per oral for 7 days
2. Syrup alkaline citrate 2 teaspoonful three times daily for 1 week
3. Drink 4 – 5 liters of uncontaminated water to flush out bacteria
4. Drink fruit juice and cranberry juice
5. Ask him to use condom before sex

a. R/E of urine
b. C/S of urine
c. Gram’s staining of urethral discharge
d. TLC & DLC
e. VDRL
f. HBsAg (Australia antigen)
g. HCV DNA
h. HIV screening
