my two yr old was born with a piece of skin between her vigal an anel area closer to to anel area looks like a hemroid she hasn t complain about it but now she keeps saying she has ants biting her there I dont know what it is? Im worried ! What is it?

I really appreciate your concern, if this congenital then this need to be clinical examined and this is very important because without this nothing can be said for sure some time this may need some surgical intervention may needs some investigations, better to see the neonatologist, hope this information helps, take care.
