What Causes Stinging Sensation Inside Mouth While Eating?
Hi! Sometimes when I eat a food, no food in particular, and then laugh at the same time the food is in my mouth, the insides of my cheeks sting very bad. It only happens for a few seconds, then usually doesn t happen again. Most of my experiences have been with sweet foods, though. What is this?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have stinging sensation inside mouth while eating which is causing difficulty in swallowing is mainly due to recurrent aphthous stomatitis which could be due to nutritional deficiencies, stress, immune dysfunction or due to hormonal imbalances. Need not to worry. Take probiotic food/drink like yogurt in your diet. Apply dologel and mucopain on these spots. Drink warm water sip by sip to have better relief. I would suggest you to maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing and flossing twice daily. Do Listerine mouthwash rinses once a day. Avoid hot, sharp and spicy foods. condition still persist then consult dentist /oral pathologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may prescribe anti inflammatory medications for 10-15 days and your symptoms will resolve.
