Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Sure, several days ago, I started getting a stinging sensation while urinating. I stopped in a clinic on my way home. They checked for std s and a uti, results were negative. they did say that my urine had a little blood in it. I have called my family doctor for an appt. with a urolegist, however they move very slow. This is painful, what could it be? Thanks, Will
first exclude uti by urine analysis and exclude urethral calculi . take ultrasound kub more probable itis uti. if there is indication then go for culture and sensitivity.till such time drink more water and take alcasol syrup three times daily. after getting culture report take most effective antibiotic recomanded
