What Causes Stinking Smell Where The Stomach Hangs Over The Pubic Area?

Yes, I am overweight: consequently, I have this large stomach which hangs over the pubic area. I noticed that it began to smell so I have been keeping a soft piece of fabric there and I must say it seems to have worked. I am 74 years old and probably will never lose the weight.

dont worry,
do be positive,
there is nothing impossible in this world,
do stick to a regular schedule of exercises and diet,
things should go better.
maintain proper hygiene of the area, can use any antiseptic liquid also
