I just choked on water and nearly passed out. My right hand and arm turned completely white and I still have a sore stomach even though it happened about 45 minutes ago. My left arm felt numb as well. I immediately felt sharp pins and needles in my core. Is that all normal

Hi,

The symptoms that you have can be related to inability of oxygen supply after choking. This will go away on its own. You should relax and don't worry. If you have following problems during inspiration you should go to the emergency room for further evaluation.
