What Causes Stomach Ache After Falling Down The Stairs?

I fell down the stairs yesterday. I hit everything but my stomach. Here we are a day later and now my stomach hurts. The pain is sharp like someone tearing at it from the inside. It s so bad that I curl up in a ball. 1-10 I m at an 8. I haven t taken anything for the pain so it s not medicine related. I am really sore everywhere else which is to be expected but why would I have stomach pain if I didn t hit it? Should I go be seen? Or will it go away on its own?

Any blunt injury or contusion of ribs can give such symptoms. Better to consult your doctor and get an ultrasound examination of abdomen to rule out this.
