What Causes Stomach Ache Along With Back Pain During Night?

I keep getting these horribly stomach aches right where my actual stomach is. It is always coupled with a painful back ach that usually starts lower back and moved to mid-back. The pain feels like it s wrapping around me through & under my ribs. It almost always happens at night. I was thinking it might be gal bladder issues cause it sometimes happens when I eat a lot of greasy foods a few days in a row. It s so painful that I can t sleep through it. If it happens during the day it s less painful, but my stomach feels heavy and it feels like there s a huge pressure trying to puch it out through my ribs. What might this be?

I am so sorry about this pain that you have reported. Pain in this area can have many different causes. Some of the possible causes include liver, gall bladder, stomach, etc. I will suggest that you get examined and may be follow up with some tests to pinpoint the cause and address appropriately.
