What Causes Stomach Ache Along With Dizziness After Having A Cocktail?

Sunday afternoon I was at a restaurant and got very sick out of the blue. I ordered a bloody mary that contained a green olive, lemon slice and piece of celery. About 20 minutes after finishing it, I because very nauseous, it hurt if you touched anywhere on my stomach (pains I have never felt), sweating and soaking wet, dizzy, wanted to faint. That last for the whole day. That night and all of this week I have experienced lower back pains. I m not sure why I have the back pains. It is very low on my back, closer to my tailbone. what could this have been from and should I get it checked out? I dont have any of the other symptoms

Hello,

Stomach ache & dizziness with pain abdomen is symptom of gastroenteritis / food poisoning & indigestion. Take antacids & PPI's, Pantoprazol - 40 for relieve. However, if you do not get relieve, you should visit ER, so that you can get immediate medical aid. Stay hydrated, take liquid food or semi solid food in small amounts.

For pain in the tailbone, get X-ray done to detect any injury, fracture(Coccydynia). Sit on a doughnut cushion, do not strain unnecessarily & take rest. Pain relievers (Acetaminophen(tylenol) / Naproxen)are effective you can take when required. Get clinically assessed by an orthopedic & treated at the earliest.
