What Causes Stomach Ache Along With Nausea And Appetite Loss?
I have severe stomach pains. My stomach is very upset I have nausea No appetite.... I feel like throwing up it I can t..... And I feel constipated before I have severe diherrea... i have to go to the bathroom For hours. This is the 3rd episodes like this in the last 15 days....

You are having acute infection of gastric mucosa. For that antacid like Rabeprazole can be prescribed. You can be prescribed probiotic tablet as well. If no Improvement then antibiotic course can be prescribed. If still no improvement then ultrasonography examination needed.
You can take cooked oatmeal that will help in soothing stomach.
