What Causes Stomach Ache Along With Vomiting And Nausea?

I am a 68 yo male w/ history of IBS and GERG. Last year I was hospitalized for severe stomach pain, vomiting, nausea. I spent a month there, but no cause was found after doing a gastric emptying study, an upper GI, etc. I still have this. My stomach is nauseated every morning and does not let up till 2-3 in the after noon. I have cut out gluten and lactose, no effect. I take 4omg omeprazole twice a day. Any idea what this is?

Hello

Stomach pain or vomiting may be due to GERD in the early morning, or it may be due to morning sickness or anemia or allergic reaction or post nasal drip or infection of the stomach or morning sickness etc.

Sometimes gastroparesis may also present like this.
Use tablet Levosulfuride twice a day for five days.
Avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.
Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.

If symptoms not improved, please consult your gastroentrologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
