What Causes Stomach Ache And Short Term Memory Loss?

I have a fiance who has stomache pains from time to time, but every 4-5 hours she becomes really hungry, also i notice short term memory loss or problems, although that may not be related. she believes that it is associated with menstrual cramps, but i dont, she really gets really hungry every 4 or 5 hours and sometimes has problems waking or sleeping. I also think she can have gluten sensitivity, because she has problems every time she eats some bread or related products, she lives in Uganda, i want to have kids with her and am worried about her health, she wont see a doctor. Also she has been losing weight.

Hello,

This could be literally anything as symptoms are so varied and they might or might not be related to each other . But one important disease that comes to mind is thyroid dysfunction and it causes weight , sleep, dietary and menstrual problems.Advise her to get a thyroid function test and let me know.

Hope I have answered your query.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
