What Causes Stomach Ache And Sore Throat?

Hi, my 5 yo daugther HAS been complaining of store stomach for about 2 weeks, on and of. Her appetite HAS decreased allo. Over the past two days, complaining of sore throat, her tonsils are more swollen than usual (she has big tons ils all the time) also says it hurts under her tongue and ear, left side. Today, barely ate anything, could not swllow, even a smoothy, and saliva is painful. Her tongue feels swollen she says, and yellowish transluscent pimples appeared on her tongue. No fever. She did have low grade Fever last (38,2) week but not since.
