What Causes Stomach Ache, Fatigue And Appetite Loss?

I have had moderate stomach pain for the past two and a half weeks. Dull and achy. Fatigue. Mild constipation. No appetite. Lost almost 10 pounds. I went to the ER twice. Cat scan negative. Blood work normal. They gave me Reglan, but that made me unable to sleep and jittery. Prilosec also, but that is having no effect. I take zofran for the nausea, but it doesn t help much. I can t get into see my PCP for another three weeks.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to hyperacidity and it can be managed with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 20 mg once in day, and it is nothing to worry, it is better to stay away from the stress hope this information helps.
