What Causes Stomach Ache, Head Ache And Vomiting Sensation?

My daughter is 14, 141 pounds. I " Think " she has a virius but not sure how to make her comfortable. Her stomach hurts like she wants to vomit but doesnt. Her head hurts and she is freezing now. her temp is 98.9 Most of the kids from school are sick and I was just a few days ago. But what to do to help her ?

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
With the history you have provided , this is flu as the most probable diagnosis.
Give symptomatic treatment only , wait and watch , visit ER if the symptoms become intolerable.
Ask her for a strict bed rest, helps a lot to recover fast.
