What Causes Stomach Ache In A Child?

My daughter wo is 9 years is complaining of pain in stomach for last 7 days. Doctor advised sonography but the report is normal. Now the doctor has advised allergy test. The pain is not continous and she is very active. As such we have not seen any kind of allergy from any food. Please advice

I can understand your concern.
No need to worry much as his ultrasound of abdomen is normal.
I don't think allergy is the cause for his abdominal pain.
In children, indigestion is major cause for vague abdominal pain.
So give him plenty of fluids orally. Give him more fruits, curd, yogurt and bland food.
Don't worry, he will be alright.
