Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Stomach ache in a 2-year-old toddler when stool examination is showing Ascaris lumbricoides present is due to parasites.

Unfortunately, although 3 doses of anti-parasite have been prescribed, she is still complaining of a stomach ache. This is due to alteration in intestinal flora from the parasites explaining the presence of vegetable cells.

Give probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora. Avoid raw foods and unhealthy foods.

Give more Greek yogurt, BRAT diet (banana, rice, applesauce, toast) to replace the normal functioning of the bowels. Milk mixed with minced garlic overnight, if given early in the morning can also help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini
