What Causes Stomach Ache In The Mornings?

my stomach aches for about 4-6 hours at roughly 4-5 AM every morning now for a year--just had colonosticopy and cat scan--nobody seems to register why only in mornings I have checked for H-pilori and other blood test also. I think the early morn symptoms lead to the diagonosis--like a bowel movement helps but always diarrea --I noticed things like remedies, the colonostopy and ( even tattooing allowed a normal stool ) only for a few days--like throwing pain somewhere--diet seems to have no affect Help

Hello welcome to the health care magic.

For giving more comment I need to know detail medical history and treatment given until now.

Empty stomach pain could be from duodenal ulcer for which rabeprazole 20 mg OD for 14 days can be prescribed.

Gastric irritants like smoking, excess spicy foods, excess tea, stress avoided.

Provide your endoscopy report if done

Take care

Hope this will help you
