What Causes Stomach Ache That Lasts For A Whole Day?

Hello, I've very recently kept getting very bad stomach aches. It's almost like a winded feeling in my stomach. I first got it last Sunday. I was fine for the the rest of the week right up until this Friday. After I got home on Friday the bad pain suddenly came on. It happened again yesterday and is still happening today. It tends to last the whole day. I've been going to the toilet quite a bit but it doesn't seem to relieve the pain. It seems to be worse after I eat. I threw up yesterday because of it, though it doesn't tend to make me feel sick. Please can you help me figure what's wrong?

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some gastro-intestinal infection giving this problem.
Go for one course of Ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine course for 3 days.
Take antispasmodic medicine like Dicyclomine as and when required.
Take light diet for 2-3 days.
Ok and take care.
